DM ISSUES NOTIFICATION TO TOURIST TAXIS

Due to heavy influx of vehicles throughout the day in Panaji and on observing vehicles are being parked along the roadside, thereby reducing the carriage way, District Magistrate, North has notified that tourist taxis shall not park their vehicles in the general public parking lots; they shall be parked in their notified parking lots only. Further DM has directed them that while collecting/dropping customers the tourist taxi shall not halt for more than 03 minutes.
