CM ADDRESS NCC MEETING HELD RECENTLY

Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant along with the Director General, National Cadet Corps (NCC), Lt. Gen. Virendra Vats, YSM, SM, VSM has attended the NCC meeting today at Panaji.

While addressing the gathering Chief Minister discussed key initiatives aimed at strengthening and expanding the National Cadet Corps in Goa. The discussions focused on enhancing NCC infrastructure, expanding opportunities for youth participation, strengthening administrative support and further promoting the role of NCC in youth development and nation-building.

Chief Minister also appreciated the contribution of the National Cadet Corps towards character building, discipline and leadership among the youth of Goa and reaffirmed the State Government’s commitment to supporting initiatives for the growth and expansion of NCC in the State.

Further the interaction marks another significant step towards further strengthening the partnership between the Government of Goa and the National Cadet Corps for the benefit of the youth of the State.

Other dignitaries present on the occasion were Air Commodore Kamal Chadha, Deputy Director General, NCC Directorate Karnataka and Goa and Col C. Rajashekar, Group Commander, NCC Group Headquarters, Belgavi.
