PENTAIR PRESENTS ₹2.18 CRORE CSR CHEQUE TO SUPPORT DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES IN GOA “CSR is a collective commitment to build a stronger and more inclusive society,” says Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant

 Pentair Water India Private Limited handed over a CSR cheque of ₹2.18 crore to the Government of Goa at Mantralaya, Porvorim, in the presence of CM Dr. Pramod Sawant. The contribution will support priority development and community welfare initiatives across the State in coordination with the Goa CSR Authority.

Pentair, a globally established company operating in Verna since 1996, has consistently contributed to social and developmental initiatives in Goa. The present CSR assistance aligns with sustainable growth objectives and strengthens efforts to deliver measurable impact at the grassroots level.

Speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant said, “CSR is not just a statutory responsibility; it is a collective commitment towards building a stronger and more inclusive society. When industry and government come together with transparency and accountability, development becomes more impactful, inclusive and sustainable at the grassroots level.”

The CSR contribution will support targeted initiatives aimed at enhancing community infrastructure and strengthening welfare measures, reflecting a structured and accountable approach towards social development in the State.

The programme was attended by Chief Secretary Government of Goa Dr. V. Candavelou, Senior Vice President of Pentair Corporate Office Mrs. Jennifer Hensley, Vice President of Pentair Corporate Office Mr. Jaime Chacon, Managing Director of Pentair Water India Private Limited Shri Raghunath Mane, Director of DPSE and Joint Chief Executive Officer, Goa CSR Authority Shri Vijay B. Saxena, and other senior officials.
