STATE LEVEL ADIYUVA STREET PLAY COMPETITION ON JULY 11

The Tribal Research Institute, Goa in association with the Directorate of Tribal Welfare will be organizing the State level intercollegiate AdiYuva Street Play Competition on July 11, 2025 at Ravindra Bhavan, Margao. The programme will be held under the Jan Jatiya Gaurav Varsh as a part of 150th Birth Anniversary of Bhagwan Birsa Munda.

The Ministry of Tribal Affairs has sanctioned the National level street play festival for the State of Goa and before the National Level Competition a State level AdiYuva Street play competition has to be conducted.

The team selected from the State Level competition will represent the State of Goa for the National Level AdiYuva Street Play Competition to be held on August 19, 2025 and August 20, 2025.

The State & National level AdiYuva Street Play Competition will be held on the themes such as Forest Rights Act, 2006, Tribal Community: Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow, Tribal Culture: Preservation and Relevance, and Jan Jatiya Gaurav Varsh.

Street plays to be presented in Hindi and English only. The prize winners will be awarded attractive prizes and a trophy.
