NOMINATION PROCESS REMAINS OPEN ON APRIL 17

Collector & Returning officer for North Goa Parliamentary constituency has clarified that for the purpose of filling nomination for General Election to Lok Sabha 2024,for 01- North Goa Parliamentary constituency, April 17, 2024 ( Wednesday) is not declared a holiday under Section 25 of the Negotiable Instrument Act 1881 read with section 2(h) of The Representation of People Act 1951.

Therefore, it may be noted that the nomination process will remain open from 11.00 am to 3.00 pm on April 17,2024 (Wednesday) in addition to the other dates notified for the same.
