DIVERSION OF TRAFFIC

The Executive Engineer, Works Division-VII (NH) PWD has notified the diversion of traffic on newly constructed PQC road available on both the Left Hand Side (L.H.S) and Right Hand Side (R.H.S) of the Toll plaza from Fakir pata junction at Ch. 476/360 to Ch.476/660 and shall merge the existing main carriage way near Petrol pump at Ch. 476/670 for onward transit from September 22, 2026 to October 31, 2026 to facilitate hindrance free and speedy completion of part work.

The notification is issued following “Construction of Temporary and Permanent Toll Plaza at Km. 476.500 of NH-66 on EPC Mode in the state of Goa under Annual plan 2024-25” for which there is a need to divert traffic on the main carriage way from Mapusa to Banda (Maharashtra) have to be diverted to the existing main carriageway to facilitate ongoing construction activities while maintaining uninterrupted access for vehicles, military personnel and local commuters.
