PAID HOLIDAY FOR GENERAL ELECTION ON MARCH 11

The Government has declared Wednesday, March 11, 2026 as a “paid holiday”, being the “Polling Day” for General Election to the Corporation of the City of Panaji.

Further the holiday will be a paid holiday to the workers of all establishment including commercial and industrial undertakings in the state of Goa, daily wage/casual workers employed in any business, trade, industrial undertakings, Government departments, State Government Industrial Department or any other establishments and entitled to vote at the aforesaid Election, throughout the State.
