Make Goa Corona Free-CM

The Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant has said that due to outbreak of novel Covid-19 Pandemic we have suffered a lot but now we are succeeded in getting vaccine as a remedy to get rid of Covid –19 virus He therefore appealed to the people to take the vaccine and make Goa free from corona virus. He praised Regional Outreach Bureau for partnering with the Goa for the first time in the campaign of Atmanirbhar Bharat and Vaccination drive. He hoped that people will respond to the call of Government and cooperate to make Goa Swayampurna and Corona free.
Dr. Sawant was speaking after flagging of a Mobile Van for Awareness a bout Covid-19 Vaccination & Atmanirbhar Bharat Campaign. The programme was organized by Regional Outreach Bureau Maharashtra & Goa under the aegis of Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of India at Altinho today.
The Chief Minister said there are around eighty schemes under Atmanirbhar Bharat. The Government will leave no stone unturned to reach these schemes to the beneficiaries.
The Chief Minister further said that Atmanirbhar Bharat Swayampurna Goem campaign requires an attention to be paid to see that the schemes which are formulated in the interest of the people should reach to them at grass root level so that the last person in the society is benefitted.
The Chief Minister also emphasized to achieve self reliance in the sectors like dairy, agriculture, horticulture, and said tha these are the fields where youth have opportunity to explore the avenues of self employment.
Director Regional Outreach Bureau Shri Santosh Ajmera welcomed the guests and explained the idea behind launching the campaign van. He also presented framed replica of the Mobile van of campaign to Chief Minister.
Director Department of Information & Publicity Shri Sudhir Kerkar, Director IT Smt Ankita Anand.Asst. Director AIR, Shri Tushar Jadhav, Persomnal Secretary to CM Shri Guarish Kalangutkar, Field Publicity Officer ROB Pune Shri Pramod Khadangale and others were present on the occasion.
The cultural troupe presented welcome songs with the message of Atmanirbhar Bharat and to fight against Covid-19.
