PROHIBITORY ORDERS ISSUED IN VIEW OF ASSEMBLY ON SEPT 25.

District Superintendent of Police, North Goa District has issued the following order in the jurisdiction of police Station Porvorim and Panaji on September 25,2025 till the Eleventh Session of the Eight Legislative Assembly of the State of Goa, gets over that No person or class of persons shall convene or collect as an assembly; Shall take out any procession or stage any demonstration on the road, street or through fare shall hold public meeting except under and in accordance with the terms and conditions of licence issued in this behalf and do hereby required that every such persons or class of persons intending to convene or collect such assembly and take out procession/demonstration individually. Collectively or otherwise shall apply to the District Superintendent of Police, North for a licence well in advance.

Procession morcha, rally, dharna etc. Shall not be allowed within the radius of 500 meters around the Assembly Complex at porvorim and area under Panaji Police Station as promulgated U/s 163 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) by the District Magistrate, North Goa.
