CM EXTENDS GANESH CHATURTHI GREETINGS

Chief Minister, Dr. Pramod Sawant has extended his best wishes and greetings to the people of Goa on the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi.

In his message, he said, “Chaturthi is an important festival of Goa, that brings joy, warmth of family, togetherness and festivity. The festival has been the symbol of Swayampurnata in the State, as it includes the natural, homemade and local products for the Ganesh Murthi, Decoration, Pooja and Food”.

He said “The Govt. of Goa has taken up the mission of Aatmanirbhar Bharat, Swayampurna Goa, and to enhance the joy of the festival has introduced the Swayampurna Chaturthi Bazaar. It received tremendous response all over the State, which strengthened the confidence of local vendors. Let us continue to buy local produce in the state to achieve the goal of Swayampurnata, he concluded.
