REGISTRATION OF WARKARI GROUPS FOR PANDHARPUR WARI

The Directorate of Art & Culture, has commenced the registration process of Warkari groups (Dindis) from Goa under the Scheme for Assistance to Warkaris from Goa, instituted to support and recognize the longstanding devotional tradition of Goan Warkaris participating in the annual Pandharpur Wari. The scheme seeks to facilitate organized participation of Warkaris through a structured and transparent framework while preserving the cultural and spiritual heritage associated with the Warkari Sampradaya.

All Dindi incharge are requested to submit duly filled Registration Forms along with required documents within the prescribed timeline. The Registration Form is available on the official website of the Directorate of Art & Culture, www.artandculture.goa.gov.in. The last date for submission of applications is May 10, 2026.
