NATIONAL VOTERS’ DAY PROGRAM AT NIO ON JAN 25

The Office of the Chief Electoral Officer, Goa, in coordination with the District Election Officer, North Goa, will organize the 16th District-Level National Voters’ Day at 11.00 a.m on January 25, 2026 at S.Z. Qasim, Auditorium, CSIR- National Institute of Oceanography, Dona Paula.

The Collector/District Election Officer of North Goa Shri. Ankit Yadav, IAS will grace the occasion as the Chief Guest along with others.

The National Voters’ Day is observed every year with a specific theme to promote electoral awareness and participation. This year National Voter’s Day theme is “My India, My Vote, with the tagline ‘Citizen at the Heart of Indian Democracy’. The theme provides a unifying message for voter outreach and communication.

The Office of the District Election Officer has requested the general public to attend the said function and be seated by 11 am.
