GSCPCR TO CONDUCT AWARENESS AND OUTREACH PROGRAMMES

The Goa State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (GSCPCR) will conduct awareness and outreach programmes for Children, Teachers, Parents, Police Personnel and other stakeholders on child rights and child protection laws. The commission will address complaints of child rights violations, will conduct inquiries, take necessary action and monitor the implementation of relevant laws.

The Pending cases of the commission will be taken up on priority to ensure timely redressal. The Commission will work with dedication towards the welfare of Children and protecting their Rights.

The public is encouraged to reach out to the Commission for any concerns related to child rights appealed by the commission includes shri. Shashikant Punaji, Chairperson along with the Members, Snehal Salgaonkar, Sanjiwani Dessai, Shalaka Dessai, Esther Roe Torres and Sofia De Souza. The Commission has assumed charge recently.
