GOVERNOR EXTENDS HOLI GREETINGS

The Governor, Shri Pusapati Ashok Gajapathi Raju on the auspicious occasion of Holi has extended his heartfelt and warm greetings to all the people of Goa.

In his message, the Governor said that “Holi, the festival of colours, marks the arrival of spring and symbolizes renewal, hope, and the triumph of good over evil. It reminds us of the enduring values of truth, righteousness, and unity in diversity. The story associated with this festival, inspires us to remain steadfast in our faith, uphold moral values, and stand courageously for what is right, reaffirming that goodness ultimately prevails over negativity”.

Governor further said, “As we celebrate this joyous occasion, I, urge everyone to observe Holi in a safe and environmentally responsible manner. Let us use natural and eco-friendly colours, conserve water, and ensure that our festivities do not harm others or nature, thereby setting a positive example for future generations”.

May the spirit of Holi illuminate our lives with peace, progress, and positivity. I once again extend my warm greetings to all the citizens of Goa, the Governor concluded.
