GFDC INVITES AUCTION BIDS FOR COLLECTION OF CASHEW NUTS, APPLES

The Goa Forest Development Corporation Limited (GFDC) invites individuals and self help groups (SHG) to bid for the collection of cashew nuts and cashew apples from the various cashew plantations under the jurisdiction of GFDC in the State.

The timeline for the auction / bidding process is as follows from: October 15 to October 31, 2025 at GFDC, Range Office, Shelar, Cancona. The form for registration of the bidders will be sold through the respective ranges on receipt of one-time non-refundable payment of Rs. 500/- (plus GST) per bidder/SHG.

From November 01 to November 12, 2025, bidding will be held at GFDC, Range Office, Forest Colony, Quepem. Bidding will be through sealed tender forms and both individual as well as SHG bids will be accepted. Sealed Tender/ bid boxes will be placed at each range office.

The bids/tenders shall be opened in front of the bidders at each range at 11 am as per following schedule: on November 12, 2025 at Canacona Range (Shri Mohandas Naik, RFO, contact number 9823987100), on November 14, 2025 at Morlem Range (Shri Prajyot Naik, Contact number 7798986079), on November 18, 2025 at Quepem Range (Shri Bipin Phaldessai, RFO, contact number 9158927106) and on November 20, 2025 at Ponda range (Shri Pranay Naik, RFO, Contact number 7798986166) at 11 am.
