ECI EXTENDS PERIOD FOR FILING CLAIMS AND OBJECTIONS

The Election Commission of India has extended the period for filing claims and objections for the State of Goa from January 15, 2026 (Thursday) to January 19, 2026 (Monday).

This is with the connection with the ongoing Special Intensive Revision of the Electoral Roll, with reference to January 01, 2026 as the qualifying date in the State of Goa.

All the electors are requested to take note of the above extension and submit their claims and objections on or before January 19, 2026.
