PHASE WISE CLOSURE OF BORIM BRIDGE

The Executive Engineer, works Division – XV (NH) PWD, Ponda, Administrator of NH-566 between Farmagudi – Ponda to Verna IDC, Goa has ordered phase wise closure of the entire old Borim bridge as per the following schedule. The dates are liable for changes.

On October 11 and October 12, 2025, the bridge will be closed from 8.00 p.m to 8.00 a.m. On October 18 and October 19, 2025, the bridge will be closed from 10.00 p.m to 6.00 a.m.

On October 25 and October 26, 2025, the bridge will be closed from 8.00 p.m to 8.00 a.m. and on November 01 and November 02, 2025, the bridge will be closed from 10.00 p.m to 6.00 a.m.

In view of the above heavy vehicles will be prohibited on Borim bridge for a period from October 11, 2025 (8.00 p.m) to November 02, 2025 (6.00 a.m) for taking up the critical activities of repairs.
