VIGILANCE AWARENESS WEEK

In order to encourage all the stakeholders to participate in the nations development and to collectively work for prevention and eradication of corruption, the Government will observe the Vigilance Awareness Week commencing from October 27,2025 to November 02,2025 which coincide with the birth Anniversary of India’s great national leader and the First Home Minister of India Shri. Sardar Vallabh bhai Patel, an epitome of integrity.

The focus of Vigilance Awareness Week shall be on building a culture of probity and integrity in public life and reaffirming our commitment to work towards prevention and eradication of corruption in public sphere . The National Theme for this year’s Vigilance Awareness Week is “VIGILANCE: OUR SHARED RESPONSIBILITY”.

For effective observance of all Vigilance Awareness Week, the Government has decided that all the Departments of the Government, Public Sector Undertakings, Autonomous and Statutory Bodies, Local Self Governing bodies shall undertake vigorous campaign September 15,2025 to November 15,2025, wherein the following Preventive Vigilance measures shall be taken up as focus areas: Disposal of pending Complaints, Capacity building program for all the stake holders and Asset Management.
