SEWA PAKHWADA PROGRAMME BY HANDICRAFTS

The Goa Handicrafts, Rural and Small Scale Industries Development Corporation Ltd.(GHRSSIDC), in collaboration with the Department of Handicraft Textile & Coir has organized Sewa Pakhwada programme to celebrate and empower artisans and weavers of Goa on September 25th 2025 at 4.00 pm at Sanskruti Bhavan, Department of Arts & Culture, Patto ,Panaji.

The programme Titled “Celebrating Clay Ganesh Artisan and Empowering Handloom Weavers” includes the highlights: Disbursement Subsidy by Cheque to Clay Ganesh Artisans, Felicitation of Senior most Clay Ganesh Artisans, Recognition of the highest producer of Clay Ganesh, Distribution of Tool kit for the PM vishawakarma Artisans, Distribution of Looms, and Distribution of Loan Sanction Letter.

The programme will be attended by Chief Minister, Dr. Promod P. Sawant, Minister for Handicrafts, Shri.Ravi S.Naik, Chairman Handicrafts, Shri. Pravin P. Arelekar, Director Handicrafts, Shri. Sagun Velip Managing Director, Handicrafts, Shri. Damodar S. Morajkar and all board of Dirctors of Handicrafts.
