DISTRICT PROCESS LAB AND VILLAGE ADOPTION BY TRAINERS CADRES – AADI KARMAYOGI ABHIYAN

Office of the Collector and South Goa District, Margao, has informed that the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, New Delhi, has launched the flagship component under the Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan (DAJGUA), aimed at building a culturally rooted, convergence-oriented cadre of grassroots leaders to accelerate last-mile service delivery in tribal areas. The Abhiyan seeks to strengthen tribal governance systems, empower local institutions, and ensure that Scheduled Tribe (ST) communities can fully access and benefit from Government schemes and services.

As part of this initiative, the Block Development Officers are to be trained under the District Process Lab. Accordingly, a training programme is scheduled to be conducted from September 8 to September 10, 2025 in Conference hall, Room No. 407 (Seminar hall), 4th floor, Mathany Saldanha Administrative Complex, Margao Goa.
