NOTICE TO MARINERS FOR SANGOD UTSAV

In view of the Traditional Cultural festival called ‘Sangod Ustav’ are issued to all the barges/ boats (except those engaged in essential services) operating in the Cumbarjua Canal from 5.00 p.m on August 30, 2025 to 7.00 p.m on August 31, 2025.

All the above mentioned vessels are cautioned not to navigate, through the Cumbarjua Canal from Banastari to New Gaundaulim – Cumbarjua bridge during the above mentioned dates and time and strictly adhere to the on the spot instructions issued by the patrolling boats with red flags during broad day light and with appropriate night signaling lights atop the mast of the patrolling boats during the dark hours, round the clock, stationed at either sides of the above mentioned bridges.
