DM, NORTH PENALTY ON FOOD BUSINESS OPERATORS FOR SUB-STANDARD FOOD ITEMS

The District Magistrate cum Adjudicating Officer, North Goa has imposed fines on the following Shri Damaji K. Mhavalankar, manufacturer and proprietor of M/s Snitch Industries, Shri Sachin Devdi, Food business operator of M/s Mahaveer Balaji sweet mart and Shri Prakash Redkar, owner and FSSAI registration certificate holder of M/s Mahaveer Balaji sweet mart.

Fines have also been imposed on Shri Prakash Bishnoi, M/s Goa Cashew Depo, Shri Jairam Bishnoi, M/s Goa Cashew Depo, Janani Food products, Karkunje Panchayat, Krnataka. Prabhu Traders and Services, Bambolim and on Shri Mukesh Rajpurohit, M/s Om Sai General Store, Taleigao, Tiswadi
