CLOSURE OF ROAD FROM CHIMBEL JUNCTION TO MERCES UNDERPASS

The Executive Engineer of Division-VII (NH) PWD, Panaji, In-charge of Highway stretch for NH-748 hereby ordered closure of the road from Chimbel Junction to Merces underpass from March 12, 2024 to March 20, 2024 between 10.00 pm to 6.00 am (total 8hrs) for launching of Precast Girders. During the closure, heavy traffic coming from Ponda side will be diverted at Banastarim junction to proceed via Sanquelim for onward journey and heavy traffic heading towards Ponda from Panaji and Atal Setu may be diverted at Merces Circle to proceed to Ponda via Verna IDC.
