Government will observe Lokmanya Tilak Punyatithis on August 1, 2023, wherein, Chief Minister will garland the portrait of late Shri Lokmanya Tilak at 10.00 a.m. in the open space of the Secretariat Complex, Porvorim, as informed by the Department of Information and Publicity.
