Civil Supplies appeals eKYC Campaign at Fair Price Shops

The Department of Civil Supplies And Consumer Affairs has appealed to general public having names in NFSA ration cards (Pink colour ration card) (all the members enrolled in ration card) to visit their respective Fair Price Shop along with their ration card and Aadhar cards to complete e-KYC procedure by validation of seeded Aadhaar numbers in PDS data through e-POS as per instruction of Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Department of Food and Public Distribution, New Delhi.

It is informed that biometrically authenticated ePoS transactions by the beneficiaries ensures an online feedback mechanism in the system to that the free NFSA food grains are lifted by the eligible beneficiaries in a transparent manner, every month.
