DHS ISSUES ADVISORY ON COVID-19

The Directorate of Health Services, Panaji of State of Goa has appeal to people of Goa regarding adherence to respiratory and hand hygiene in view of COVID 19 surge.

Avoiding over crowded and poorly ventilated setting particularly by co-morbid persons and the elderly. Test at your nearest health centre in case flue like symptom specially elderly and co-morbid patients. Self isolated for 7 days if COVID-19 positive. Wearing mark in crowded and closed settings. Using handkerchief/tissue to cover nose and mouth while sneezing or coughing. Maintain hand hygiene/frequently washing of hands and avoid spiting in public places.
