UPDATING OF AADHAR CARD SUGGESTED EVERY 10 YEARS

The Directorate of Sports and Youth Affairs invited application from eligible sportspersons through the respective State Level Sports Associations, duly recognized by the Sports Authority of Goa for conferring the “Dilip Sardessai Sports Excellence Award ” for the year 2023-24.

This Sports Award is instituted by the Government of Goa as a tribute to the Legendary Cricketer Dilip Sardessai. The Award comprises of a Bronze Plaque, a Citation and a purse of Rs. 2.00 lakhs and will be awarded to the highest achiever amongst Goan Sportspersons representing India at any recognized International Senior Level Sports Competition during the last 5 years from 2018-19 to 2022-23 in Senior Category only.

The application forms may be collected from the Sports Section of Directorate of Sports and Youth Affairs Office at Campal, Panaji during working hours or downloaded from the dept. Website: www.dsya.goa.gov.in . The completed forms in all respects enclosing copies of certificates of sports achievements, countersigned by the competent authorities should be submitted in person at the Sports Section of Directorate of Sports and Youth Affairs, Head Office, Campal, Panaji on or before July 03, 2023 positively. Applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
