PRE-NATIONAL CAMP FOR YOGA OLYMPIAD TEAM

The Directorate of Sports and Youth Affairs will be deputing performance based Yoga players to participate in Yoga Olympiad to be held at Delhi from June 18 to 20, 2022 organized by the NCERT Delhi.

The list of the secondary stage level girls selected are, Kum. Vaidehi Shetye (Dr. K. B. Hedgewar H/S Cujira), Kum. Vaidehi Savaikar (Dr. K. B. Hedgewar H/S Cujira), Kum. Nandini Dhiman (Gurudas Gauns Memorial H/S Sankhali) and Kum. Swara K. Mhamal (R. D. Khalap H/S Mandrem).

The list of the Upper Primary level Boys and Girls selected are: Mast. Shaurya Bhagat (Dr. K. B. Hedgewar H/S, Cujira), Mast. Arif Khan (Dattaram Mantravadi Memorial H/S, Mapusa), Mast. Divyatva Jalmi (Mahatma Gandhi Centenary School, Gaune, Ponda ), Mast. Arush Gaonkar (Our Lady of Grace H/S, Bicholim), Kum. Yashica N. Chevli (Kendriya Vidyalaya No.2, Vasco), Kum. Manasui Das (Kendriya Vidyalaya No.1, Vasco), Kum. Ima Patil (Saraswat Vidyalaya, Mapusa) and Kum. Shivaun Desai (Jnyan Vikas School, Alto Betim).

A pre-National coaching camp for the team will be held from June 08 to 14, 2022 between 4.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. at Youth Hostel Miramar for the above selected players. Players are requested to report at the Youth Hostel Miramar at 3.45 p.m. accompanied with the concerned school Phy. Edu. Teacher alongwith proper Kit/Mat and I-cards etc to Shri. Dinesh Desai, APEO scheme Incharge.
