Goa State Central Library has informed that, due to unavoidable circumstances the timing of the Presentation Ceremony of the Goa State Best Library and Best Librarian Award 2021-22 to be held on May 10, 2022 is re-scheduled at 4.00 p.m. instead of 4.30 p.m. at the Multipurpose Hall, Directorate of Art and Culture, Sanskruti Bhavan, Patto, Panaji – Goa.
