            "We should be able to deliver to the public in a more efficient manner," said Chief Secretary, Shri Parimal Rai, IAS, on the occasion of Goa Civil Service Day organized by the Association of Goa Civil Service Officers today at the Secretariat, Porvorim.

            Shri Rai further said, "I always have believed in three tenets of bureaucracy and we all have to follow it. These are Integrity, Neutrality and Anonymity.  Shri Rai said,  "If we don't work with Integrity and Neutrality we are unable to deliver public service in an impartial manner." Shri Rai asked the civil servants to "Be there for the good of the people". He asked the gathering to  work collectively and produce results which are qualitative and quantitative in nature.    

            On the occasion Shri W.V.R Murthy, IAS and Shri Daulat Hawaldar, IAS were felicitated for their dedicated service to Goa Civil Service.
