CHIEF MINISTER EXTENDS LIBERATION DAY GREETINGS Panaji, December 18, 2018   Agrahayana 27, 1940 Chief Minister Shri. Manohar Parrikar has extended his best wishes to the people of Goa on the occasion of 57th anniversary of Goa Liberation Day. In his message, the Chief Minister has said, “On this memorable day, let us recall the valiant efforts of our freedom fighters who fought against oppression and the remarkable role played by the Indian Army in liberating Goa from Portuguese rule.” The Chief Minister has appealed the people in the State to support the endeavors of Government in maintaining peace, law and order. “Our state is known for lush greenery, tranquility and communal harmony.
