Minister for Tourism, Shri Manohar Alias Babu Azgaonkar inaugurated Harvesting machine for the farmers at Maha khazan, Dhargal yesterday.

Speaking on the occasion Shri Azgaonkar said that it is because of Farmers that we are able to eat three meals a day. It is because of them that we are not finding difficulty to produce our own food, they should be the one who should be most respected .Speaking further he said it is important that each and every farmer should be made aware with the recent advancement in the farming technology and they should be given this technology to make their life an easy.

He also appealed to all the farmers to make the maximum use of the schemes and available technology and also urged the young generation to engage in farming activities.

Shri Prasad Parab Agriculture officer also spoke on the occasion.

Also present on the occasion were Shri Vallabh Varadkar, Sarpanch, Dhargal ,Shri Daji Shirodkar ,Shri Arjun Kandolkar Shri Pardip Patekar ,Smt.Sunita Raut ,Panch members, Shri Pravin Tilve ,President, Pragatisheel Shetkari Sanstha ,Pernem,Shri Uday Prabhudesai Secretary and Shri Krishna Talavankar Treasurer.

Also Shri Azgaonkar also inaugurated CCTV camera under the Zilla Panchayat Fund at Government High School Dadachiwada,Dhargal  in the presence of Shri Tukaram Harmalkar, ZP member.

Shri Azgaonkar said setting up CCTV will help in not only for providing safety and security to the students and the premises but will also help in maintaining discipline among the students .Shri Azgaonkar also said that student should excel in both education and sports.

Ms Anna D’sa Headmistress informed that 16 CCTV cameras are installed all over the campus including classroom. She said there was urgent need to install CCTVcamera as twice robbery took place in the school .She also praised ZP member Tukaram Harmalkar for his efforts to installed CCTV camera in the school.

Shri Chandrakant Naik, PTA Chairman also spoke on the occasion.
