State Designated Agency Goa, Electricity Department, has informed that the consumers that complaint regarding non - working of LED streetlights to be registered on Toll free customer service center no 1800-180-3580 and 1800-233-3949 operating from 7.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. or email to : helpline@eesl.co.in .
