A power shutdown has been arranged on May 06, 2023 from 07.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. at 11KV Shantinagar feeder (Ponda) on account of urgent maintenance works. The areas affected are Mestawada, Sainagar, Durgabhat, Tale and Sairaj Park I & II as informed by the Department of Information and Publicity.

The Electricity Department, S/D III, DivX Ponda has test charged underground cabling system of Albert, Sunny Workshop, Madapai, Sai Temple, Taj Society, Omkar, Marcella Panchayat and Sankhalyon Distribution Transformer Centres in Marcella and surrounding areas and the same will remain charged thereafter.

Public in the vicinity of above areas are advised in their own interest not to come in contact with the Transformers, RMUs and Panels directly or indirectly or allow their animals to graze nearby areas as the same is dangerous to their life and property, as informed by the Department of Information and Publicity.
