Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant extended his warm greetings and best wishes to the people of the State, especially Muslim brethren on the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.
In his message to the people of Goa, the Chief Minister said “Eid-ul-Fitr is a celebration that marks the end of the holy month of Ramadan.”
The festival carries the message of strengthening the spirit of peace, harmony, unity, fraternity and brotherhood.
“The festival is an occasion to rededicate ourselves to the service of humanity and to improve the lives of the people in need. I urge the people to work for the well-being of the State and the country. I hope that people of the State will give their valuable contribution towards the progress of Swayampurna Goa to make it a leading State through Self-reliant”, Chief Minister added.
