ADMISSION TO CLASS VI STUDENTS IN JNV Panaji, December 12, 2020 Deputy Commissioner, Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, Regional Office, Pune, MoE, G.O.I has informed Directorate of Education that as per notification dated October 22, 2020, admission to class VI students in Jawahar Navodya Vidyalayas (JNVs) is done through all India level Jawahar Navodya Vidyalayas Selection Test 2021 (JNVST). As a part of digitization for JNVST 2021 is being done through online portal since 2017. More than 40 lakhs students are expected to enrol themselves for appearing in the Navodaya Selection Test for the year 2021-22 for class VI for summer bound JNVs. The last date for filling the application for both the test is December 15, 2020. The registration for class IV is being through online portal for which the link is available in the NVS website www.navodaya.gov.in In view of above all Heads of school are informed to collect the applications of the candidates if any from the Taluka ADEI office/zonal office, who find submission of online application difficult and make arrangement to submit the application to the Principal of JNVs to facilitate the candidates.
