RATION QUOTA FOR AUGUST

The  Department of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs has allocated the ration quota for the month of August, 2020 in view of Ganesh Chaturthi.

Antyodaya Anna Yojana (AAY) card holder, the allotted quota for rice is 35 kg for card at the rate Rs. 3 per kgs.

            For  Antyodaya Anna Yojana (AAY) card category  the allotted quota for PM-GKAY for  rice is 5kg per beneficiary, is free of cost.

For Priority Household (PHH) card holders, the allotted quota for rice is 5 kg per beneficiary at is Rs. 3per kg.

For Priority Household (PHH) card holders, the allotted quota for  PM-GKAY rice is 5kg per beneficiary, at free of cost.

For Above Poverty Line (APL) card holders, the allotted quota for rice is 10 kg per card at is Rs. 12.50 per  kg.

For Above Poverty Line (APL) card holders, the allotted quota for Wheat is 6.00kg per card at  Rs. 10.00 per  kg.

For Annapurna (ANP) card holders, the allotted quota for rice is 10.00 kg per card, free of cost.

For Welfare Institution Scheme card holders, the allotted quota for rice is as allotted 15kgs per inmate either rice or wheat and is 6.15 per kg .

For Welfare Institution card holders, the allotted quota for wheat is 15kg per inmate either rice or wheat at Rs. 4.80 per kg.

       

         All the fair price shops owners are informed that the quota lifting should start with immediate effect and to lift their released quota on or before July 31, 2020 strictly and  no extension would be granted for lifting.  The ration cardholders are requested to take their entitlement for August, 2020 from their respective Fair Price Shops. 

All cardholders/consumers are advised lodge their complaints if any to their respective Mamlatdar  of the talukas or Department of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Junta House, Panaji.
